How do I download my purchase?
After payment, you receive an email with a secure download link instantly. You can also access downloads from your purchase history page.

Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, email us for a full refund.

How do I import a template?
n8n: Workflows → Import from File.
Make: Scenarios → Import.
Zapier: Create Zap → Import Zap. PDF guide with screenshots included.

Are the templates customizable?
Absolutely. Every template is a starting point — add, remove, or modify any step. Change AI prompts, adjust routing rules, add new integrations. Fully open and editable.

Can I use templates for client projects?
Yes. Commercial license included. Use in unlimited client projects. Only restriction: you cannot resell the template file itself as a standalone product.
